January 2024: Tongor is a sixty-four-year-old widow caring for her grandchildren.  Tongor does subsistence farming and the income cannot extend beyond providing food and shelter for her family.  Tongor desires to send her grandchildren to school; to buy them shoes instead of slippers and send them to a medical facility when they get sick instead of using local remedies that might harm them.  Tongor was granted an agricultural supplies package to expand their farming activities.
