January 2024: Kou is a fifty six year old woman living with her four children.  She provides for her family through subsistence farming.  Her adult children help out with the farming activities and this helps Kou maintain school enrollment of her younger children.  She requested (and was granted) a farming supplies package to expand her farming enterprise.
