SANNIE: E457-GBL

June 2022:  Sannie is a 30-year-old subsistence farmer living in Gbeleyee, Nimba
County.  She is a single parent and raising five children.  Two young adult
extended family members also live in Sannie’s household to help her with the
farming activities. Hardship has been a constant companion for Sannie.  She was
just a teenager when she went to live with extended family to help them with their
subsistence farming.  There she met the father of her five children. One year ago,
he walked out of their lives.  She welcomed the supportive gift of a farming
supplies Empowerment Package.   A donation from the Girl Power Africa General
Fund has given Sannie and her family a hand up.
