January 2024: Twenty-six-year-old Angeline is eager to identify sustainable opportunities to provide for her young son.  She had to drop out of school because she became pregnant and the father of her child abandoned her and his responsibility.  Thinking on her feet, Angeline began to cook and sell a local dish called GB and now has a reputation in her community for preparing tasty food.  She desires to expand her business by taking it out of her small home and opening a “cook shop” in the marketplace.  She was granted a business development grant.
